1. Eave Projections: The maximum projection into side yard setbacks is 24 inches. The eave at the
chimney on the east side exceeds 24 inches into the side yard. The eave on the 2 nd floor bump out on
the west side also exceeds 24 inches into the side yard. Per conversations with Mike Phillips of
Phillips Builders, both effected eaves will be shortened so that no portion of the eaves exceeds 24
inches into the side yards.
