1. Front Yard Projections: Section 24-83(b) limits structural projections into front yard setbacks to 48
inches. The eaves on the western side of the garage extend beyond 48 inches towards the western
property line. Please revise the plans so that no portion of the house extends more than 48 inches into
the front yard.
