1. Shade Trees: Old Atlantic Beach Design Standards require at least two shade trees on the property
with at least one located in the front yard. Please show these trees in the Tree Removal Permit
Application or a landscape plan, whether existing or to be planted. In thi s case the front yard is the
area within 20 feet of the property line along Ocean Boulevard.
