Please provide information that the provided loading space is adequate to serve the use planned. 3. Bicycle Parking Location: Section 24-161(k) requires bicycle parking to be located as close to the building entrance as possible. Please provide reasoning for the provided bicycle parking. 4. Bicycle Parking Lighting: Section 24-161(k)(2) requires bicycle parking to be well-lighted. Page SL- 1.0 shows the nearest photometric point as 1.2 foot candles. This is lower than almost all other parking spaces on the plan. Please provide additional lighting at the bicycle parking so that it has comparable lighting to all other parking areas. 5. Building Front Landscaping: Section 24-171(g)(2) requires a six foot wide area between the building and sidewalks. An area is shown in the plans but there are no plants shown. Please revise plans to include landscaping in these areas. 6. Irrigation Plan: Section 24-177(b)(2)(b) requires the landscape plan to indicate the location of sprinklers or water outlets and back flow preventer devices. Please submit a completed Irrigation Compliance Checklist and irrigation plan. 7. Driveway Width: Section 24-177(d)(4) requires a maximum width of any driveway not containing a landscape island through the perimeter landscape area shall be 36 feet. The western driveway along Atlantic Boulevard exceeds 36 feet. Please revise plans accordingly. 8. Minimum Planting Size: Section 23-33(f)(1)(a) requires new oaks to have a minimum 4 inch caliper and 12 foot height at the time of installation. Informational Comments 9.
