I am writing to you once again regarding the issue of your attendance at the Community
Development Board meetings. As we discussed previously I believe that it is vital that we
each attend meetings and take an active part in the decision making process in order that we
fulfill the responsibilities each of us has agreed to perform. Your inability to regularly
attend our meetings has unfortunately continued. Therefore, it is with regret that I have
requested the Mayor and City Commission to appoint a replacement member to fulfill the
balance of your term.
I encourage you remain actively involved in development and planning trends in the city
and. in the future, should your schedule permit, please consider again to participate through
membership on our Board.
Thank you for all of your contributions in helping our Board make Atlantic Beach a better
place for all of us to live. If I can be of any further assistance to you, please let me know.
