tree removal permit/board review process; caller was extremely frustrated,
irrate, very accusatory towards me, yelling: "your board…your people…you
really don't protect trees…you help the developers"; part of her fence fell
with tree removals yesterday, no notice, note or apology left for her; *phone
call lasted about 20 minutes, took a couple of hours to get over the mental
flogging for something totally beyond my control.
