The City of Atlantic Beach has completed a preliminary review of the proposed decking on 1927
Beach Ave on sheet A3.1 of 18 done by Kevin Gray Design Group., Inc. with the revision date of
11/19/20. Specifically, the submitted plans show new decks less than 30 inches seaward of the
CCCL. The submitted plans do not contravene any local setbacks and zoning codes.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City of Atlantic Beach. The project must still be
submitted to the City in a permit application and be reviewed by all applicable departments prior
to approval and issuance of a permit.
