been notified and are in acceptance of the opening of said
business in our strip mall . Motorcycle Mania will be a parts
and accessories business run out of the existing location of
Mayport Check Cashers. We are under the agreement that no
service will be performed on customers motorcycles, so there are
no problems with storage or parking.
