The reconfiguration of the above reference lots as depicted on the attached surveys, is
hereby approved in accordance with the provisions of Section 24-189 of the City's Land
Development Regulations. Both lots continue to meet or exceed the required 75-foot
width and 100-foot depth. The approved surveys must be recorded as an addenda to the
respective deeds, and any future property owner(s) will be required to submit a copy of
the approved survey along with any application for Building Permits. Please be sure to
retain this letter and the approved surveys with your property records.
This property is within the RS-2 Zoning District, and any future development shall be
subject to the RS-2 District requirements as well as other applicable Land Development
