/Wood Framing: All wood stmctural members shall be kiln dried southern yellow
pine, Oran approved equal, bearing the stamp of the grading agency. Provide the following stress

Except as otherwise shown on Drawings the minimum nailing requirements are set forth in table
2607.1 of the Florida Building Code. Where horizontal member's sideframe to supports, use approved steel
hangers of framing angles of the appropriate size and load capacity. See Drawings for Simposon clips, straps
and tie specifications. See attachment H for design pressure requirements.
Division 8, Openings
A. Door Hardware: Leversets meet ANSI A156 2 series 4000 Grade standasrds and more than fulfill
ADA requirements. The ANSI Series 40000 standard exceeds 400,000 operating cycles.Door Closers meet ANSI
Grade 1 A-156.4 standards. Manufacturer used is S. Parker or equal.
