At your request, I have inspected the 22 inch Live Oak in your rear yard.
The tree is very close to the fence and to your neighbor's house. This could
pose a problem for your neighbor in the future. Under severe weather the
tree could pose a hazard to your house or your neighbor's house should it
fall. In my opinion this tree should be considered for removal.
