At your request I have inspected the large Magnolia on the southwest corner
of your house at 2303 Fiddlers Lane in Ocean Walk at Atlantic Beach. The
tree is approximately 32 inches in diameter and about 6 feet from the house.
The root system of the tree is very robust and will cause structural damage to
the foundation. At this time it is causing drainage problems by not letting the
water drain away from the house along that side and causing the house to
flood. I see no option but to remove the tree and grind the stump and roots
away from the house to remedy the problem.
