315 12th Street, Atlantic Beach Live Oak Observations
To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudenmire and I am an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On August 12th of 2020, I inspected a Live Oak in the back right corner of 315 12th Street
in Atlantic Beach. This tree is in decline as you can see multiple leaders that contain dead wood in the
upper canopy. This dead wood periodically falls from the tree landing in the neighbor’s pool, which I
would recommend that this tree be deemed unsafe This tree is considered hazardous and should be
removed immediately to mitigate any property damage and the potential for physical harm to the
residents. Below you will find pictures associated with these issues.
