No sense removing tree to replace with another tree that drops leaves etc.But, can it be trimmed ? Does this eliminate the need for a 3" replacement? So,I will modify tree mitigation worksheet and drop off. If anything else is required , please let me know. We will be home tomorrow in the morning if you want to stop !
