At your request, I have inspected the 41 inch Live Oak in the northwest
corner of the lot on the corner of Seminole and Park Terrace in Atlantic
Beach. The tree has hurricane damage. One of the major limbs has been
severely damaged and is in danger of falling. The tree has been lightning
struck many years ago and the main trunk is hollow. In my opinion this tree
should be removed prior to any activity on the lot.
