VARIANCE APPLICATION
PROCEDURES
1 . Application forms may be obtained from the Building and
Community Development Office in City Hall at 718 Ocean
Boulevard.
2. Applications for Variances must be submitted to the
Community Development Office by 6:00PM of the first Tuesday
of each month to be heard that mont)).
3. Twelve copies of any blueprints, plans or drawings must
accompany the application when submitted.

4: The Community Development Board meets at 7 :00PM on the
third Tuesday of each month at City Hall .
5. Notice of Application for Variance shall be published
irr a local news paper at least seven days prior to the
