We thank you for your above referenced architectural submittal, and are pleased to inform you that same has been
approved. You may proceed according to the information provided with your application made part of this approval, the
Community Guidelines,and following conditions:
1)Paver patio additions on both sides of existing patio as described in specifications and as shown on drawing
submitted by owner, attached and made part of this approval.
2)Patio additions to be surfaced with Tremron Mega Olde Towne style pavers in Oak Run as depicted in
specifications,attached and made part of this approval.
3)All improvements to lie within building restriction lines and to be located directly behind dwelling.
4) Utility locates are recommended prior to any excavation.
5) Finished patio surface to meet and match existing side and rear yard grade elevations so as not to affect drainage..
6)Any excess dirt to be removed from the premises. No alterations to existing grade elevations, lot swales,or lot
drainage is allowed or approved

This approval concerns only your submitted architectural plans. It is your responsibility to obtain any easements,permits,
licenses and or approvals which may be necessary to improve the property in accordance with the approved plans. This
approval must not be considered to be permission to encroach on another property owner's right to use and enjoy all
possible property rights. Approval of this submittal does not constitute a warranty or representation by the ACC,or any
developer or landowner,that the proposed improvements will be consistent with the development plans of any other

This proposed patio addition will add needed outdoor living space to the
rear of our residence. It involves completing the rectangular shape of the
existing Tremron paver patio (29 s.f.) and adding additional matching
pavers (190 s.f.) to the southern side of the existing patio to allow for an
outdoor gathering space that facilitates additional distancing for visitors.
The landscape has been changed to incorporate two tall Silvestris palms to
form a gateway to the rear of the house. We will also introduce low lying
rocks as used by a neighbor (577 Coastal Oak Ln) to separate our yard from
the rough behind the golf green on hole #8. Moss will be introduced to
soften the rocks appearance. Capping the northwest and southwest ends
of the patio will be clusters of azaleas to add seasonal color. A new
Podocarpus hedge will be planted to soften the property fence on the south
side and Maui ixora will be introduce around the main house. Celebration
Bermuda will be re-sodded in all other areas. The existing drainage grade
will be maintained so that runoff flows to the east along the south and
north sides of the house. Photos are attached showing the existing
conditions.
