To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is in regards to the Hackberry tree located at the above property. Upon my
inspection, it is apparent that the root system of this tree is compromised due to growth of
neighboring trees and the tree has a significant lean. Additionally, the tree is infested with
a type of boring insect. Any of these contributors can cause the tree to rapidly decline. It
is hard to tell if the tree is already dead due to the fact that the tree is deciduous and has
no foliage at this time of the year.
It is my opinion that due to these issues, along with the reputation of this species of trees
(these trees are known to be large, problematic trees) that this tree be removed.
