The evaluation of the 24" DBH rear maple tree along fence line. The said tree has severe trunk decay
visibly present throughout the main hunk and into the main fork of codominate lead limb. The maple
tree is a hazard to persons and property and should be removed. I recommend removal pursuant to
Florida Statute § 163.045.
