Re: Consultation of live oak tree
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lagoy,
Thank you for the opportunity to assess your tree at the above address. My findings are as
follows. The live oak tree with a DBH of 24" on the left side of home has cankerous bark
disease. The canopy is 60% to 75% dead with large leads (dead) overhanging left side
neighboring home. Although, dead lead removal may preserve life of the tree, the lean of the
remaining portion of the tree and future limb loss pose an imminent failure threat to
adjacent left side property and should be removed.
