I had a question regarding the setback on the pond. My plan illustrates the pavers going out towards pond and ending at the line where both neighbors fence ends. Is this my property line or does my property extend to the top bank of pond? I am having a difficult time reading/understanding survey. It is my understanding per ARB guidelines that a patio can't be any closer than 5 feet to any property border. Can the pavers extend the same distance as other fences on the pond? (I will not have a fence)This is what was submitted (not quite to fence line distance)and approved but I want to make sure I have correct info. Thank you! Raegan R.
