The City of Atlantic Beach completed a preliminary review for a proposed single family home at
51 Beach Avenue. The plans provided show that the new home and accessory structures comply
with the applicable setback, height, and size requirements for the R&M zoning district.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City of Atlantic Beach. All plans and revisions
for this project must still be submitted to the City in a permit application and be reviewed by all
applicable departments prior to final approval and issuance of a permit.
