The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for a new swimming pool at
1291 Beach Avenue. The plans provided show that the no portion of the swimming pool is within
5 feet of the side property line and no portion of the decking exceeds 30 inches in height within 5
feet of the side property lines. Based on this, the proposed construction does not contravene any
local setbacks or zoning codes.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City. Also, this letter does not approve any tree
removal associated with the project. The project must still be submitted to the City in a permit
application and be approved by all applicable departments prior to approval.
