The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for a porch addition on the
east side of an existing single family home at 1393 Beach Avenue. The proposed construction
does not contravene any local setbacks and zoning codes. The project will still need a formal
submittal and review by all applicable staff prior to final approval.
