Re: 2219 Oceanside Court DEP Letter
Mr. Anthony Hicks,
The City of Atlantic Beach did a preliminary review of your plans for the addition of paver patios
and walkways at grade around the existing single family home at 2291 Oceanside Court. As the
proposed paver surfaces are at grade and do not exceed 30 inches in height, the proposed
construction does not contravene any local setbacks or zoning codes.
This letter does not constitute an approval by the City of Atlantic Beach. The project must still be
submitted to the City in a permit application and be reviewed by all applicable departments prior
to approval and issuance of a permit.
