1575 Selva Marina Dr. Holly Observations
To whom it may concern,
My name is Kyle Stoudenmire and I am an ISA certified arborist and I work for Yellowstone
Landscape. On January 21st of 2021 Yellowstone Landscape and Mike Peterson, the contractor,
inspected a Holly to the front left side of the house right next to driveway. This tree is more than 60%
hollow at the base of the tree and is very unstable. In the event of a wind event this holly would not
be able to withstand high winds and could potentially damage the residence. This tree is considered
hazardous and should be removed immediately to mitigate any property damage and the potential
for physical harm to the residents. Below you will find pictures associated with these issues.
