At your request, I have inspected the two Laurel Oalcs on the left side of
your garage next to the fence. The smaller of the two trees is a 11" Laurel
Oak and shows signs of dieback and decline. The larger of the two is a 28"
Laurel Oak. This tree has a large open cavity about 20 feet up the trunk
making this a weals spot in the main stem. When this breaks it will impact
your house causing severe damage. I recommend removal of both trees.
