As a citizen with experience as both member of three and Chairperson of two COAB
Committees, including the BNRPAC whose charge was the creation of the ESC, I
believe I can bring a helpful perspective of hands‐on experience to the continuing
improvement of the Board Member Review Committee. The BMRC is providing and
vetting not only committee members but also potentially future commissioners, and
as such it is uniquely important in our city structure.
