Please explain any employment experience, board/committee experience, and/or community volunteer experience
relative to the board/committee applying for.
I served on the AB Police Building Committee and am currently the managing partner of 1st Coast Home Inspection,specializing in residential&commercial
building inspections and am a real estate broker. Having served in the US Navy at Mayport I know this area well. Prior to
moving to Atlantic Beach, I was a broker for TNT properties(CNN)and participated in the acquisition for the Flying D Ranch
in Montana for Ted Turner. In addition, I developed various multi-million dollar communities in Atlanta. I am a graduate of
Georgia State University with a degree in Urban Land Planning &Real Estate Development.
Please provide a brief explanation of your interest or any special qualifications you have in this field and your reasons
for wishing to be appointed to this board/committee.
Because I live on the west side of Mayport Road, I hope to bring a perspective of the parking and transportation growth
needs for my side of town. My experience in developing communities will contribute to the Committee as evaluations are
made on what is feasible and may work long term. I am known for coming up with creative solutions, such as what was seen
with the Police Building Committee.
