My experience includes several years as Division Chief of Planning and Engineering for the Public Utilities Department of the City of Jacksonville. During my tenure as Division Chief, I was responsible for working with developers in matters of zoning and development. I recently retired from JEA as Vice President of Water and Wastewater Systems. My responsibilities included the management of more than 350 employees. During my tenure, I provided fiscal, strategic and operational leadership to reduce indebtedness and improve operating results.The Vice President position was a member of the JEA Executive Management Team which was responsible for negotiating employment agreements with employees including a number of union bargaining units.
