We were able to build the company into the premier A/V dealership in Jacksonville through focus on customer satisfaction and tireless attention to detail. I took responsibility for day to day operations, vendor relationships, financial management, sales management, and personnel management. 09/01/77 -12/31/01, Florida Service Executive, IBM, Jacksonville, FL I began my IBM career as a salesman and was promoted into several sales and service management positions over the years, consistently over achieving sales quotas. In sales management positions, successfully re-staffed and trained under performing sales teams in three separate locations. Community involvement Currently serving on Leadership Council of Take Stock in Children, a mentoring and scholarship program for at risk students, am on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Goodwill Industries of Northeast Florida and chairman of their New Ventures Committee, and recruiter (Blue and Gold Officer) for US Naval Academy.
