I have served as Co -Chair on the Parking and Pedestrian Safety Advisory Resource Committee, and a member since Ws inception in 2017. A 20 year resident of
Atlantic Beach, I was the President of Seaplace at Atlantic Beach Condominium for 9 years, where I lead the efforts for solvency, capital projects (stairs, roof, concrete, asphalt)
as well as alignment and update in governing documents, enforcement and aesthetics of the property. Professionally, I am responsible for compensation strategy for a global golf
company. I am also responsible for all Facilities, including budgets, capital projects, space planning, standards, office aesthetics and future planning.
Please provide a brief explanation of your interest or any special qualifications you have in this field and your reasons
for wishing to be appointed to this board/committee.
Atlantic Beach is a very special community, similar to one I grew up in. As all places grow and change, I would like AB to maintain its °hometown feel°, a place where
neighbors help each other, residents of all ages and generations coexist and we protect our city with consistent development, enforcement, and find ways for community involvement.
We have a diverse citizenship and all areas should be represented equally when decisions are being made. My qualifications for the boards include ability to interpret
and understand legal documents, ability to °talk ner, open mind (it's not about me), understanding the importance of capital projects and a genuine concem and dedication for our city.
My successful tenure tuming around a fledgling condo association, working closely with the city, legal entities and residents, my professional experience and my personal desire
to educate myself are underpinnings of a dedicated and invested board member.
