relative to the board/committee applying for.
Review committee members: I have recently relocated from Deerfield, IL where I served
on the village board of zoning appeals for approximately 3 years and the Plan
commission board for the last 5 years. My extensive charity work consists of serving on
the March of dimes board. Working with Chicago police memorial foundation -
Autism speaks, Chicago Cubs charities, Driving for dreams and Positively Jax 4 segment.
Please provide a brief explanation of your interest or any special qualifications you have in this field and your reasons
for wishing to be appointed to this board/committee.
I enjoy being involved in the community where I live to help advance quality of life and
growth . I'm a hands on person and have been heavily active for many years serving
people in many different facets. In addition I have worked for the Fields Auto Group for
the last 35 years in a senior management position . I have a uncanny knack of bringing
people together and relating to them. I happy to provide referrals upon request. Jim
