Dear Ms. Bartle:
This letter is written to resign my position on the Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement
Board, effective immediately. I carefully considered whether to wait to resign until being sworn
in as mayor, but ultimately I decided it was more prudent and appropriate for me to resign at
this time.
Please express my sincere thanks to my fellow board members for their dedicated,
voluntary service to our community. It has truly been an honor to work with and learn from
them. I would also like to thank our Mayor and Commissioners for allowing me the
opportunity to serve on this important board. Finally, I extend personal thanks and deep
appreciation to Code Enforcement Officer Debbie White and Staff Assistant Dayna Williams for
their outstanding work on behalf of our city and in support of this board.
I look forward to working with you all in the future.
