Nine years' experience in property/parking management, retail, valet and mixed use parking industry. Managed
over 100 full & part time employees in a 5 million dollar operation for Central Parking System. I have been
personally involved in the development and consultation on functional design of multiple parking garages and
lots. Experience includes operational designs, equipment layout and implementation, maintenance programs,
operating plans and accounting procedures for hotel, retail, office, event venues, hospital facilities, and State
Universities.
Twenty One years' experience in the Security & Parking Systems integration industry. Responsible for the
overall sales and operations management of the North Florida Region of Florida Door Control of Orlando,
Inc. Experience includes installation of Access Control, CCTV, Parking Facility Management Equipment and
Gate Access Systems for over 50 accounts in Florida. I provide Facility Parking Management Systems
training for the equipment, facility operations and accounting/audit control. Management responsibilities
included, but were not limited to HR duties (hiring and firing, discipline, training, etc.), report preparation,
