Two (2) blueline copies of our Atlantic Beach Country Club Unit 1 Plat; 3. Plat Certification Report from Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, dated June 9, 2014; 4. JEA approved, stamped plat; 5. Engineer's cost estimate for Plat Bond in the amount of $355,732.00, along with our check payable to City of Atlantic Beach in the amount of $355,732.00; 6. A computer disk with a copy of the plat in AutoCAD's .DWG format Again, once City of Jacksonville approves and signs the plat mylar, itis our intention to pickup the mylar and bring to you for City of Atlantic Beach signatures. It is also our understanding, the Unit 1 Plat will be reviewed in the June 23rd, City of Atlantic Beach "workshop" and once approved, we will be on the July 14th COAB Board meeting agenda for approval.
