Contractors Per your request I have thoroughly inspected the electrical located at
469 Atlantic Blvd.unit#7.Everything is up to code and building is safe
electrically.
Work performed;
Robert F.Smith New exit sign installed in the hallway by bathrooms.All the emergency
12721 N.Main St. exit signs have been tested and operate per code.

Wiring for a 220 outlet in the back of the building had the wrong size
wire.We changed the wire to#8 and it now meets code.
We found only one switch that did not work.We put a flat plate on this
opening.Also there was one light fixture that did not work in room#5
that was removed and replaced with ceiling tile.
Wrong wiring to the hot water heater.We replaced the wiring all the way
back to the panel with#8 wiring in conduit.Also the breaker was too
small per code.We changed the breaker to a 40 amp breaker that is
solely run for the hot water heater.
All wiring above the massage rooms had romex wiring.This did not meet
code.We removed all romex wiring and replaced it with wiring in conduit
that meets code.We did this for every room.
Inside of the ceiling there were multiple open connections and junction
boxes.All of these have been fixed and plates have been put on as well as
all wiring removed and secured with new.
