To whom it may concern:
At the request of the homeowner, Austin Tsai, a representative of Sabo Structural Engineering (SSE),
conducted an inspection at the residence of 240 Seminole Road. The purpose of the inspection was to
confirm that the following wall modifications were non-structural or load bearing: See attachment
1. Removal of the wall between kitchen and living room
2. Removal of the closet between the dining room and living room
3. Removal of the wall between hall way and dining room
4. Removal of the closet in bedroom
5. New opening in the wall between bedroom and master bedroom
We visually inspected the attic space above the modified area and discovered that the above
modifications are non-structural and the walls were non-load bearing. The wall modifications do not
affect the structural integrity of the building.
