351 Main Street LETTER 02.27.22015 (Lot Split) February 27, 2015 351 Main Street Lot Split Mr. Ghioto and Mrs. Loftus, This letter is to serve as formal approval from the City of Atlantic Beach allowing the division of the property currently addressed as 351 Main Street and comprised of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 105, Section “H” Atlantic Beach as presented below. The recognized division as supported by the attached survey is as follows; Northern Lot: Lot 4 Block 105, Section “H” Atlantic Beach, (Approx. 102’ x 50’) Southern Lot: Lots 5 and 6, Block 105, Section “H” Atlantic Beach (Approx. 102’ 120’) This division is consistent with all current provisions of the Land Development Regulations of the City of Atlantic Beach. The measurement of 51.5 feet for the width of the northern lot referenced in your letter is believed to actually read 61.5 feet and is the distance between the existing house and the northern property line. This would be consistent with other dimensions shown on the survey. All new construction on the northern lot will require a new survey that verifies the exact dimensions.
