Mrs. Jackrel,
Based on our conversation and subsequent email (on file), the city is approving the use of 589 W
14th Street for your business, Moto Electric Vehicles, with the following conditions:
-There will be no sales of vehicles at this location; and
-Approved activities at this location are limited to an automotive service station with
minor automotive repair and with accessory car wash.
It is understood that this location will be generally used for the processing and preparing of
electric vehicles to be sold at an offsite location. Processing and preparing is intended to mean
the cleaning and charging of the vehicles, attachment of accessories and minor repairs such as
tire and battery replacement.
