ORDER GRANTING WAIVER
The above referenced applicant requested a height waiver as permitted by Section 24-156(b), to permit
two elevator shafts with a height of up to 37 feet as part of a new three story storage unit building
within the Commercial General (CG) zoning district at 1089 Atlantic Boulevard.
On September 14, 2015, a public hearing was held and said request was considered by the City of
Atlantic Beach City Commission. Having considered the application, supporting documents and
comments by staff, the applicant, and members of the public, the City Commission GRANTED the
request without conditions, finding the proposed development is consistent with the provisions of
Section 24-156(b) of the Land Development Regulations establishing ground for approval of a height
waiver.
The undersigned certifies that the above Order of the City Commission is a true and correct rendition of
the Order adopted by said Commission as appears in the record of the City Commission minutes.
