To Whom it May Concern,
I am sending this letter regarding the Christamtsis Residence, permit number RESA20-
0023. I have described below the action to be taken for each item of concern involving only
the Initial Building Review.
Zoning Comments
ITEM 1 See sheet A301, drawing 3 for the existing height and proposed
height.
ITEM 2 The structure is not being expanded or enlarged. The area of the
structure that is nonconforming is not being altered as shown on the
site plan. As the structure moves to 5’ off the property line a new
roof is being added to replace a failing roof and allow for attic
storage.
Building Comments
ITEM 1 The existing soffit of the roof to remain is being matched. The
builder will provide Florida Product Approval numbers for all
exterior products.
ITEM 2 The existing floor plan is to remain. Two door ways are being closed
in with interior walls to create a small garage space for bike storage
with a new exterior door. There are no other changes to the existing
layout of the building. This is illustrated on sheet A202.
ITEM 3 There is no increase in the size of the space.
ITEM 4 See sheet A301 for the exterior elevations. The roof is the only item
being replaced and that is only the portion f the roof that sits beyond
the 5’ setback.
