At the subject project, I understand there will be a water retention pond located 5 feet from the
structure. I have reviewed the "Site Drainage Plan" prepared by Alpha Southeast (dated
February 2, 202 1) and find this to be an acceptable condition with no structural repairs or
modifications required.
