I have been involved with construction and infill land
development for 30 years as a principle of my own company.
My experience over and above building, has included petitions
to town councils for zoning relief and municipal boards for land
use. Also, I have had to often liase with local residents to either
educate on the reality of a project or find a middle ground for
strong objections.

I have been a resident of Atlantic Beach for 5 years now. We
moved here from Southern Ontario where I was a custom infill
builder in a town similar to this. After a very positive experience
building our home here, I have noticed that development is
increasing at an exponential pace throughout the
neighbourhoods. My home town followed this same path
starting roughly 25 years ago. While I was involved in the new
development, I was also sympathetic to residents resistant to
change and preserving the identity of our town.
As Atlantic Beach develops, I would like to be involved in the
journey forward that combines the changes coming with the
existing identity.
I feel that my experiences and sensibilities will be a great asset
to the Community Development Board.
