Photos are attached showing the existing conditions, as well as the lacii of light to the foyer. In addition, this new door is substantial in its structural details. It satisfies Florida Code FL#21838.5 with NAMI rated for impact in wind zone 3 (In/Z3) Missile level D see attached image). The door is 2 1/4" in depth compared to the 1 4" found for regular exterior doors. The glass is beveled, triple glazed with a LoE coating for ultraviolet protection. This Jeld-wen 36"x96" radius top door is custom made with a mahogany grain finish. The exterior surface will have either a cashmere or chappo stain. We also have an option for a 6-lite or 9-lite glass array. Examples of these designs are attached. Second, this is a custom made door by Jeld-wen. It has six lite panels, cashmere in color, and it is part of theAurora series. I provided a link to the Jeld-Wen site where numerous images are provided on the Aurora series door. I also provided images from the Jeld-Wen catalog for the ARB to review. They did not have a radius-top door image with six lites for me to include in my application. On pages 14 and 20 you will find the following rectangular-type, 6-lite door images: 11111 11111 1111 If you can imagine these as radius-top doors, then you have a vision of how my door will look, particularly the second image as the glass is more accurately proportioned in that image.. Third, because the door is custom made, there is no image that I can produce for you of the door that will be constructed for us. However, I have attached the quote from Big D Building Center, which provides a small rendering of the radius door with six lites. As the specifications note, the lite panels are all beveled, LoE glass. The door is cashmere in color, which is slightly darker than the first image above, but not as dark as the second image.
