This letter is to confirm the method of obtaining the building tie information that appears on the Final
survey of the property located at 825 Sherry Drive, Atlantic Beach, FL. Boatwright Land Surveyors, Inc.
file #2021-158 dated 2/16/2021.
The field crew, per standard practices of surveying, took the measurement for the building ties from the
face of the structure and not the foundation.
