You have planted enough trees/inches to meet mitigation. However, those maples in the front are planted very close to each other... the minimum spacing between them should be about 25 feet. Is there any way to move two of those maples? Maybe to the backyard? They are required to survive for 3 years and I doubt they will survive so close together, so I’d hate for you to have to replace them in a couple years.
