A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA,
AWARDING BID #2021-10 FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
CLARIFIER INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, on April 21, 2021, two bids were received and opened for City Bid
#2021-10 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Clarifier Installation; and
WHEREAS, the bid price, $168,900.00 (includes 5% contingency) was received from Razorback,
LLC; and
WHEREAS, Razorback, LLC submitted all required documents, including positive references, in
their bid submittal; and
WHEREAS, the project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the
replacement of the clarifier drives in two secondary clarifiers, removing the existing clarifier drives,
clarifier bridges and associated hardware, and installing the new clarifier drives, along with any necessary
new hardware; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project in account 410-5508-535-6300; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Atlantic Beach as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby awards Bid 42021-09 to Razorback, LLC in the
amount of $168,900.00 to perform the work for said bid in accordance with the bid specifications;
SECTION 2. The City Commission hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the Contract
with Razorback, LLC;
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
