This letter is to confirm that if Residential Elevators, Inc. manufactures and Residential
Elevators, LLC performs the installation of the elevator referenced above, it will conform to
"ASME/ANSI A-17.1 National Safety Codes for Elevators — Section 5.3 Private Residence
Elevators". All equipment that would be utilized in the above referenced installation meets or
exceeds the requirements of ASME A-17.1 Part Section 5.3 Code for Private Residence
Elevators. Additionally, all future installations performed in Florida by Residential Elevators, LLC
will conform to the State of Florida Building Code (2020 FBC and ASME-17.1 Section 5.3 2016).
