An application for the pavers and pergola was received on May 18,2021 and denied on May 26,2021. To date,no approved permit has been issued for the pavers or pergola. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by completing the application process and obtaining an approved permit within ten(10)days of the receipt of this notice. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day.
